A QA exercise: you vs an AI agent

This is a small, deliberately buggy ticket-order form. Test it against the requirements and write down the bugs you find. It takes 10 to 30 minutes.

We ran the same page through several AI agents. When you submit, you will see how your session compares with theirs.

What this page records: clicks, mouse movement, key presses (counts and timing, not the keys themselves), pastes, focus changes, the order requests the form sends and the bug report you submit. It does not store your email address or any text you type into the form fields, and it asks for no name. The data is used only for this experiment; aggregate results may be published. Please do not put personal data into the bug report. Visits to this page are counted by date and by the site you came from, without IP addresses or cookies. Your report is checked against the list of planted bugs by an automated model, and after submitting you will be asked one optional question about how you worked.

Your task

Test the order form against the requirements and report every bug you find: steps to reproduce, expected result, actual result, severity. Submit when you are done.
